| 2. On your website you will have to place a button (88x31-GIF image) with the link to our server. After filling in he form, the code will be sent to you by E-mail. (the button should be placed on a conspicuous place, the code should remain without any modifications) |

| 1.We do not limit ourselves to terms of the execution of your order. After you fill in the form, we will look through your website , and if it appears to be interesting for us , we will contact you present the ideas and the development of a banner after your order.. |

categories, we shall refuse producing a banner WITHOUT NOTICING you: - Adults only |
| 3. We do not bear the responsibility for correspondence of the information on your Banner with the information on your website, as websites are periodically updated. Agreeing to accept the offered Banner, you shift the responsibility on yourselves |
| 4. We may change the conditions of the given agreement any time WITHOUT NOTICING you. All the orders which have been received 1 hour before the modification of the conditions will be processed under the previous conditions of the agreement. |
